Garden District Resident Member
This membership level is available to The Garden District's residential neighbors. Resident Members are invited to attend all neighborhood meetings, socials, and events. Resident Members have access to our neighborhood app for real-time news and information which includes our Neighborhood Watch CrimeStop.
A Resident Member is eligible for one vote. Resident Members may join at any point in the year. Membership automatically renews annually.
Garden District Steward Member
This membership level is available to The Garden District's residential neighbors. Steward Members are invited to attend all neighborhood meetings, socials, and events. Steward Members have access to our neighborhood app for real-time news and information which includes our Neighborhood Watch CrimeStop. Steward Members receive a printed Garden District directory, Garden District 'Garden Club' coupon book, and will be a Garden District Beautification Benefactor.

Garden District Business Member
This membership level is available to The Garden District's business neighbors, which includes retailers, hotels, restaurants, offices, and houses of worship. We encourage them to participate in and support Charleston's Garden District, the place their business calls home.
Business Members are invited to attend all neighborhood meetings, socials, and events. Business Members have access to our neighborhood app for real-time news and information which includes our Neighborhood Watch CrimeStop. Business Members receive a printed Garden District directory.
Business Members may join at any point in the year. Membership automatically renews annually.
Garden District Pillar Member
This membership level is available to The Garden District's residential AND business neighbors.
Pillar Members are invited to attend all neighborhood meetings, socials, and events. Pillar Members have access to our neighborhood app for real-time news and information which includes our Neighborhood Watch CrimeStop. Pillar Members receive a printed Garden District directory, Garden District 'Garden Club' coupon book, and are will be a Garden District Beautification Benefactor.
Seventy percent of Pillar Member dues are reserved for our Garden District Beautification fund. Pillar Members will receive prominent mention on our website and at all meetings and events. Neighborhood residents will be reminded of the support of our Pillar members and encouraged to support their business.
